VMs + LXC containers

KVM/QEMU virtual machines with noVNC console, snapshots, and templates. LXC containers for lightweight isolation. Full hypervisor built in.

Web terminal

Full terminal in your browser with tmux session persistence. No SSH client needed. Reconnect where you left off.

EBS backup

Eight.ly Backup Server, a deduplicating backup target built in Go. Buzhash chunking, AES-256-GCM encryption, PBKDF2 600K iterations. Comes free with Eight.ly OS.

Security

HMAC-SHA256 signed-cookie sessions with RBAC. API keys encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. TLS TOFU cert pinning on agent/EBS connections. Session key rotation.
